1.Who we are

"VERTEX LABS", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the store operating at vertexserviceslabs.store. "You" and "customer" mean the person purchasing our digital services.

2.Our services

We sell digital goods and services, including (but not limited to):

• Gaming top-ups — PUBG Mobile UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Mobile Legends Diamonds, Genshin Impact, Roblox and similar.
• Digital gift cards — Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Google Play, Apple and similar.
• Any custom PKR amount between 100 and 50,000 per order.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change with supplier rates, especially for gaming top-ups.

3.Orders & payment

• Payment is processed via JazzCash. An order is only confirmed after JazzCash verifies the transaction — a payment page that "looks" successful does not mark an order paid.
• You must provide accurate contact details and, where applicable, the correct Player ID / account details required to deliver the item.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order we cannot fulfil (for example, out-of-stock items or supplier errors).

4.Delivery of digital goods

• Most gaming top-ups are delivered within 5–30 minutes of a verified payment. Gift cards are usually delivered within minutes.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during supplier delays or high demand.
• You are responsible for entering the correct Player ID, account email or other required identifier. Items delivered to an incorrect ID are not refundable.

5.Refunds

Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered because they cannot be reversed. Refunds are only issued when we fail to deliver a purchased item. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6.Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, submit fraudulent orders, use stolen payment methods, or abuse our contact and support channels.

7.Intellectual property

The VERTEX LABS name, logo, and website content are our property (or licensed to us) and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party game and gift-card names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8.Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care. Except as required by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information you provide or from third-party platforms (game servers, wallets, gift-card issuers).

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your location require otherwise.

10.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
